GENCO Pharmaceutical Services deployed the first secure Web portal for returns management and
the first active RFID system in the returns industry. We were also the first to commit contractually
to service level and performance standards. We continue to deploy processes and technologies that
provide customers with the data they need to effectively manage their business. As a testament
to our innovation, GENCO Pharmaceutical Services received the
Healthcare Distribution Management Association’s Service Provider runner-up iBusiness Solution
Award at the 2009 HDMA Distribution Management and Technology Expo for our application of
RFID technology in the processing of Schedule II drugs.
