GENCO Pharmaceutical Services manufacturers have daily visibility to our performance on CapNet, which reports return volume, unit volume, and cycle time averages (as well as the specific cycle times for each return) for each business day.

Quarterly Performance Reviews

In addition, GENCO Pharmaceutical Services meets quarterly with each manufacturer to review our performance and that of the manufacturer's customers, and to analyze the returns process against the industry.
